In 2007-2008, Gerald served as Corporate Counsel to the Humber Valley Resort and broadened his experience to deal with Resort Law, large scale land development and Real Estate involving non-residents of Canada.

Gerald puts as much enthusiasm and effort into helping his clients solve their problems as he does contributing to his family, whether it is recovering money for injuries, wrongful dismissals, or challenging insurance companies. He started his career 18 years ago working for insurance defence. He knows the system and he likes digging out the truth; especially from those trying to hide it. As any of Gerald’s previous clients can attest, he is not afraid to take the case to court and he actually enjoys the courtroom.

Gerald’s current general practice involves a variety of Real Estate and Land Development, with particular emphasis on Subdivision Development. In addition, he has an extensive Litigation Practice with a strong emphasis on Personal Injury. Gerald is one of Central Newfoundland’s most experience Personal Injury Lawyers and continues to be a result oriented person.
